Takeover Declarations

A Takeover Declaration must be completed where fish is landed but is not offered for sale or is intended for sale at a later date (48 hours or more following the landing of fish). For detailed information regarding takeover declarations please refer to your Fishing Administrations guidance pages as directed within the Help section.

To create a Takeover Declaration please select the ‘Create Takeover Declaration’ button below.

To create a Takeover Declaration you need to be connected to an organisation.
